March 19, 2025
Who is the host? – Lynn Quinn of The Zones of Atlas / Cognitive Architect / Creator of the Zones of Communication / Podcast host / Met goal to reflection write daily for 1111 Days!
Opening Meditation
I recognize the past, I let go
I recognize the present I am here
I recognize the future, I am open
Thank you.
Reflection Writing - Introspective tool used to build new neuronal pathways.
A daily practice that helps to reveal subconscious thoughts, within conscious life processes.
Speak in the Pink Zone – Remove moral judgements of good/bad and right/wrong.
Speak from the “I-perspective.”
The “you-perspective” does not exist within self-reflection.
The audience is the “I” as opposed to the “you.”
Introspective tool – Magical place to dive deep into layers of thinking
Allow aspects of ego (yellow zone), to gently drift away.
Welcome in a playful and productive mindset.
Turn off spelling and grammar check – Close browsers – Focus mode in Word
New neuronal pathways – Think within the pink zone, a zone of growth and curiosity.
Tap into the soul, with a lens to wish well upon the self and others.
Move beyond paradigms of the past and propose at least three potential outcomes.
Subconscious thoughts – Thinking built from stereotypes and known paradigms.
Thoughts and actions are heavily influenced by outcomes of the past. (past)
Conscious process – Awareness of actions and exploration of what’s novel and new.
Trail and error guides creation of new paradigms. (present)
